My journey
I came to Japan with nothing. After three months of Japanese study, I started working night shifts at a bento factory, followed by a vegetable plant, a restaurant and Yamato deliveries.
Rejected by many employers, I was given a trial in sales at a recruitment agency. After building experience there, I struck out on my own and founded GLOBALIZE.
More than 13 years in Japan, 5+ years running a company, 2,500+ partner companies and 7,000+ candidates — every number stands for trust earned.

Who is Phan Thai Vuong?
Phan Thai Vuong (Vietnamese: Phan Thái Vương; Japanese: ファン・タイ・ヴゥン) is the founder and Representative Director of 株式会社グローバライズ (GLOBALIZE Co., Ltd.), based in Bunkyo, Tokyo. Originally from Vietnam, he has lived and worked in Japan for more than 13 years. He speaks on leadership and on hiring and retaining foreign talent, and is an endurance athlete who has finished IRONMAN Hokkaido, IRONMAN Da Nang (sub-13) and the Chiba 100 km ultramarathon.

GLOBALIZE Co., Ltd. (株式会社グローバライズ) is a licensed placement agency (有料職業紹介, license 13-ユ-313605) and registered support organization (登録支援機関, 22登－007172) in Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
